Leah Yeatts
Founder and Principal Consultant
Our principal consultant, Leah Yeatts, has over a decade of experience working in corporate learning and education. She holds a B.S. from the University of Florida and a M.S. in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University.
Leah's experience includes employee performance gap analysis, eLearning development, instructional design (for online and classroom training), training needs assessment, virtual training facilitation, job aid development, onboarding training design, and learning management system implementation. She has worked in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors in various industries.
Leah's work is guided by her expertise in adult learning theory, and current research on cognition, effective instructional strategies, and the neuroscience of learning.
Leah lives in Tampa, Florida, and is an active member of the Association for Talent Development, Florida Suncoast Chapter.
